Terms & Conditions

These terms set out how Niftee ("we", "us", "our") provides website building, hosting, and maintenance services to you ("you", "your"). By engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Plans & pricing

Our plans are priced in New Zealand dollars, exclusive of GST. The upfront fee covers the initial build. The monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups, and up to 10 minutes of content tweaks per month. Bigger changes are charged at the rates on our plans page.

Billing

Monthly fees are billed in advance by automatic payment or invoice. The upfront build fee is due before work begins. All invoices are plus GST. We'll tell you before any charge that isn't in your plan.

Changes & tweaks

Minor tweaks (under 10 minutes) are included free each month. Larger changes are flat-rate or hourly, always quoted before we start. Unused tweak minutes don't roll over.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, or logos you provide. We may draft copy and source images on your behalf. You own your content; we have a licence to use it as needed to build and host your site.

Cancellation

No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The upfront build fee is non-refundable. On cancellation, we'll help you move your site if you want to take it elsewhere.

Liability

We take care and pride in our work, but we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding three months.
